New To Triathlon Or Need A New Challenge?

TRIactive is a 6 week training program for people looking for a challenge and some structure to reach the end goal of a triathlon finish line.

This small group training environment will make training for your TRIX3 event fun, whilst building up your fitness, skills and confidence in each leg of a
triathlon; swim, bike and run.

Lead by an accredited Triathlon Australia coach, the TRIactive program will offer 2 (45 minute) sessions per week:

  • One swim session in a pool
  • One bike/run session in a gym

TRIactive is all about having a go. Get your family, friends, or even your work colleagues together and join a 6 week program in time to complete your TRIX3 event!

Registering for the TRIactive 6 Week Program will include:

  • Exclusive access to 2 TRIactive sessions per week
  • TRIX3 event day registration

The Training Program

THE SWIM

Pool-based swimming sessions with an accredited Triathlon Australia coach will help develop not only your baseline swim fitness, but your confidence and technique too. By the final week of the program, your swim confidence will be given a boost and you will be ready for your TRIX3 event.

THE RIDE

Spin bikes will help develop bike-specific fitness and leg strength in a safe environment and free from road traffic. The TRIactive spin bike sessions will help you familiarise yourself with the bike you will be using for the TRIX3 event day and build up your fitness and confidence in the gym.

THE RUN

The run component of your program will gradually increase over the 6 weeks. Running on a treadmill in the gym, your coach will work with you to help prepare you and build your confidence to complete your TRIX3 event and complete your run with a smile on your face!

EVENT DAY

With your TRIactive swim-bike-run program completed, you’ll be confident and raring to go with your team mates on event day and relish that satisfaction as you complete your event a triathlete!
